All employees of Ontario Jig Grinding are committed to driving customer focus by delivering a quality product on time. We continually strive to improve our jobs and processes to achieve customer satisfaction.

Quality Assurance                            

Our QA process is directly involved in making continual improvements throughout every step of production and processing. All instrumentation, tools, gauges, and machines used to inspect components are periodically calibrated to conform to baseline specifications. To meet our commitment to our customers, we maintain our Quality process.

 Quality Assurance is foundational to everything we do at Ontario Jig Grinding. We build to any standard you require. Starting with an initial incoming material inspection and certification, each part is subject to both an in-process and final inspection. One hundred percent of all three and four place dimensional tolerances are verified and recorded. Every order includes full documentation and is specially coated to prevent corrosion or damage during shipment.

Below is an outline of our standard inspection procedures. We will modify them in any way to meet your needs. 

•          Incoming Inspection with all material traceable to manufacturer

•          All heat treating checked and certified

•          In-process inspection verifying critical dimensions and all 3 and 4 place dimensions

•          Final inspection verifying 3 and 4 place dimensions with 30% of non-critical dimensions checked
